Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Items

Stokke.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted. All returns require a RMA (return merchandise authorization). This must be requested by email a info-usa@stokke.com .Due to health and safety regulations, some items can not be returned. Please see our Will It Fit? page.Please include your original packing slip. Return shipments cannot be processed without the original packing slip.

After obtaining an RMA # from customer service, please pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. A return cannot be processed if items are missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). Once we receive the item and have validated the damage/defect, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us, and we must be able to validate the damage/defect.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless you purchase shipping insurance for $5.00 The original or express shipping charges are non refundable.

Incorrect or merchandise damaged from shipping, may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

All sale or discounted merchandise is final sale and not returnable.
